Ingredienser
- 300 g Quorn-biter
- 2 ss vegetabilsk olje
- 2 stk løk, skrelt og grovt hakket
- 4 ss Tikkapasta
- 1 ss tørket kokos
- 1 dl grønnsaksbuljong
- 4 ss matfløte
- 1 ss fersk koriander, hakket
- 1 stk chili – uten stener, skåret i ringer
Metode
- Varm opp oljen i en stor kasserolle. Fres løk og tikkapasta sammen i 4 minutter under omrøring.
- Bland inn tørket kokos og grønsaksbuljong. Kok opp, sett ned varmen og la det småputre under lokk i 5 minutter. Mos det så sammen.
- Kok det opp igjen og tilsett Quornbiter. La det putre uten lokk i 8 minutter.
- Bland inn fløte og koriander. Varm.
- Serveres sammen med basmatiris.
