Ingredienser
- 300 g Quorn-farse
- 300 g makaroni
- 1/2 ss olivenolje
- 2 løk, finkuttet
- 2 ts karri, valgfritt
- 1 ts paprikapulver, valgfritt
- 2 ts soyasaus
- 3 egg
- 4 dl melk
- 100 g reven, vegetarisk emmentalerost, valgfritt
Metode
- Forvarm ovnen til 180°C.
- Kok makaronien etter instruksjonene på pakken. Sil av og sett til side.
- Imens varmer du olje i en mellomstor stekepanne. Ha oppi løk, stek til denne er myk og gjennomsiktig. Tilsett karri og paprikapulver (dersom du ønsker dette), og stek i 1 minutt, før du tilsetter farsen. Stek i 2 minutter, så det brunes lett, bland så inn soyasausen.
- Bruk ei skje, legg farseblandingen i ei ildfast form og legg makaronien over. I en egen bolle blander du sammen egg og melk. Hell dette over makaronien, og strø ost over, om du ønsker det.
- Stek i ovnen i 30-35 minutter, til det får en gyllen farge.
