- 1 pakke Quorn-farse
- 100 g kokte linser
- 0,5 dl vann
- 1 egg
- 1 ss fiberhusk
- 1 ss pofiber
- Salt og pepper
- Evt 2 ss BBQ-saus
- 1 ss smør/olje til steking
- Salsa med chia:
- 400 g hakkede tomater
- 1 ss honning
- Saften av én lime
- 1-2 ss sambal oelek
- 3 ss chiafrø
- Salt
- Til servering:
- 50 g grønnkål
- 4 glutenfrie hamburgerbrød
- Romanosalat, kuttet i biter
- Tomat, skivet
- Løk i skiver
Metode
- Kjør alt unntatt Quorn-farsen til en jevn deig i en blender. La hvile i 5-10 minutter.
- Tilføy Quorn-farse og rør godt. Del deigen i fire deler, og form fire burgere. Stek burgerne i smør eller olje på medium varme i omtrent fire minutter på hver side.
- Til salsaen: filtrer bort væsken fra tomatene ved hjelp av et kaffefilter. Tilfør de resterende ingrediensene og smak til med salt og pepper.
- Stek grønnkålen til den er sprø i smør eller olje på medium varme. Krydre med salt og pepper.
- Sett sammen: Legg salat, tomat, burger og løk lagvis på burgerbunnen, og topp med salsa.
